Lots of inside, outside and channel sales scale Affable, bright CEO A reasonably positive corporate culture

No clearly articulated vision for what they want to become I can't overstate- CHAOTIC environment over-loaded with very poorly planned and executed process No one is in charge. No way to get anything done. Info Tech sucks. Bad, buggy systems, It;s March and I don't have a comp plan. No discernible product acquisition strategy Feels poorly run from my perspective Loose federation of products need integration
