Pros
- community and charity services are encouraged... paid 40 hrs to volunteer and matching gifts - the teams worked well and the front-line engineers were easy to work with and helpful
Cons
Senior Management (directors and VPs) lied until he last day, prior to closing the support center... for over a year they promised and painted rosy pic of "center of excellence" and dropped the support center. Just after shutting down the center, VMware went full swing hiring in all other support centers!!
