      Pros

      My org really takes care of its employees and the leaders really care. I enjoy my day to day work and appreciate how there are many points of connection even though we all work remotely.

      Cons

      As with any growing company there are growing pains however I feel the issues are being addressed. I like the growing environment of change.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
