Internal growth is very difficult. The feeling I had was that they would rather hire outside for higher positions, than work with current employees to advance their growth. Expect to be micromanaged on a daily basis, but for an "entry level position" that has to be expected. Would often receive "hey hop on a zoom meeting" at 4:50pm. You don't have the best tools for the amount of output they expect. It seems like they put political decisions ahead of what is best for the employees. The new director has been great, but it is clear her initiatives for the BDR zone aren't seen as important to high level leaders.
