      Pros

      The position was simple at the time, they had verity of clients, they serviced. Overall management was very helpful. It was great entry level position to start out in IT.

      At the time the so the task tended to repetitive after a few months. However it was an entry level position, you can't exactly complain about the tasks, since that is just the nature of the position,
