My colleagues (non management) including Site Team Leaders were excellent! Helpful, supportive and appreciative of the work I conducted over the 5 year stretch. The unique challengers thrown at you are rewarding in its own right however...
Cons
Pay rises are taboo... Dont ask for one... Go above and beyond\ work through your lunch break\ stay back without asking overtime... Management doesn't care... Turn up to work late... Be targeted for the next month by management.... Make a suggestion to help your team process different contracts efficiently... Expect to be yelled and sworn at by management.... Take a day off to care for a sick child... Management assumes you are ducking your responsibilities at work... Expect to have your responsibilities increased annually but dont you dare expect a thank you from management...
