Pros
--Unisys is a large global company with many oppourtunities, as long as relocation was an option. --One of the few companies that offer a pension and 401k retirement options. --Unisys makes available needed training.
Cons
--They are considered an outsourcing provider, or at least the division I worked for, but in reality it was nothing more than taking a cut of profit for staffing us there, just like any other contractor. --You are at the mercy of the parent hiring company you work for. This position was with Eli Lilly & Co. --Contractors are not treated all that well at Lilly, in fact some managers let it be known that you can be gone in '3 clicks and a few keystrokes' LOL, so if you are hired by Unisys to work at Lilly, work here at your own risk.
