Pros
Great people to work with. Not too many bad eggs, lots of nice L1 agents to work with. Sometimes the higher up agents can get feisty though. CEO seems like a nice guy, though I don't know about the people below him. Pay is competitive for a call center.
Cons
There are unfair policies regarding personal health and getting help here. I have been punished before for a medical condition and been threatened with termination due to something I cannot control. Pay is directly attributed to statistics on calls and is regulated to the point where several colleagues have thrown customer satisfaction out the window to improve their paycheck. It seems a lot of people are here just to make their paycheck and move on. Nobody really "loves" it here. Not even the owner of the SLC branch. L2s tend to be given too much authority and a massive pay increase for one or two more job requirements. There is very much bias in seniority here, though they claim there isn't. There is no room to move up at all. Period. Good luck if you had any wishes of doing that. Benefits are trash. They opted instead for half-worked benefits and a kind of coupon service where you can get around $10 off a TV to hide the bad benefits behind.
