Pros
This is a good place for junior technical professionals to get some large enterprise experience. There is good exposure to large clients and various solutions. Pay was reasonable and benefits were ok. Some staff were able to work there a long time. Time will tell if Altabef can stop the continued decline of Unisys over the last decade.
Cons
Company is highly siloed so you may see different experiences from staff in different areas.The company lacks vision and trails the market (for years now) with too much attention to short term stock price at the expense of long term growth. You'll work as much as you allow. Can't change a dinosaur, so don't hesitate to go elsewhere when you can take it no longer.
