Paid weekly, good benefits, advancement opportunities if your a top performer.
Cons
Low pay for what they expect of you, commission structure is too long 3-4 months to get paid, maximum mileage reimbursement of 288 miles a week even if you drive 5 times that amount. Upper management doesn't care about the Sales Rep's.
