Pros
Very easy job. Just talk to customers, ring them up, and clean up the store. The managers are great and love to talk and hear suggestions. If the pay was better I would still work there, but you get a great discount on the merchandise.
Cons
Low pay and sometimes scheduling can be a grueling task. They have a lot of staff so getting all the hours you want can be difficult.
