Horrible Experience - Apparel Designer Under Armour Employee Review

Everything Imaginable. First off- the obvious: LOCATION. Leadership is disorganized and almost useless. Constant additions to workload outside of the original job you signed on for. No rehiring of workforce so designers are taking on 30-50% more work with no end in sight. No paths to promotion despite having really great reviews. If you have a bad (and when I say bad, I mean a liability BAD) boss, good luck. Despite multiple people voicing their concerns with every avenue possible, that person will stay. There is so much to say.....
