Pros

I like to equate working for UA's creative department at the HQ like getting a new place in a really fancy apartment building. There's an awesome lobby with a huge gym and beautiful pool, lots of amenities, but the apartment itself you're renting isn't all that great. The pros are the 50% you get, the free clothes, the exciting and young environment that keeps up with pop culture. Also a big pro is being able to say you work at UA and put that on your resume, probably the best part.

Cons

Honestly I was promised room to grow and there never was any. I was sold on the idea that it was very easy and acceptable to switch between teams if you felt a better fit on another team, but that wasn't the case.
