Cons
-Many of the company sponsored events and opportunities are for the few chosen ones -There is a lot of backstabbing, pointing fingers/throwing people under the bus, talking about people behind their backs, cage matches, one second you are a super star, the next being walked out the door -Upper management is constantly changing -HR is unhelpful and lets unethical/bordering on illegal behavior occur. My manager has put the majority of our small team on a performance plan and half have been fired (and brags about this) -No clear path for growth and people are not set up for success
