Ulta believes that you are available at all times and that work takes precedent over your personal life. You are constantly trying to play catch-up due to the fact there is so much work and the deadlines are tight. Meetings are held all day everyday for every person in corporate which reduces the amount of time available to finish work or communicate with upper management.
