      Great product, amazing people, no drama, gratis, above average discount, open to promotion, flexible hours, friendly and understanding management team, fun work environment.

      Cons

      Part time only, the only full time positions are managers. I really have no complaints, I love the Ulta team.

      Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

      Cons

      Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
