The pay isn't up to par with the amount of work put on you. Remember it's still retail, so you will be working holidays other companies may have off. Can be very stressful at times. Depending on the team you're on, there's not opportunities to move up (promotions) you will need to switch teams and maybe entire departments in order to grow in your career.
