Pros
The pay is quite decent. The training is well structured and thorough and sets you up for the job well.
Cons
The culture is horrible. You’ve probably read about micromanaging but I also found a lot of manageent high up to be quite poor leaders. Lack of transparency, playing favourites, rules that make no sense. Just not worth it. Multiple people who have even updated their LinkedIn or indeed resume get pulled into an office and intimidated, told to take it down. Truly a cult, save yourself.
