Pros
Good pay and that's it
Cons
First week in and the trainer makes you feel like you're a loser or stupid while you're feeling stressed in the new role. Was having trouble grasping some of the basics because the manager was always watching me just waiting for me to mess up so they could spring into action tell me how I could've made an error. Sometimes that's the only way we truly learn and improve is by making mistakes. When you don't let your employees breathe or don't provide positive feedback, it really feels deflating to the them. I understand that Uline wants service excellence for the customer but they need to take care of their employees as well. Not all of us understand the material the first week and take a little longer to process things. This environment just isn't for me.
