Pros
The culture and the pay! I can type all day long about how amazing it is to work here, but you will not get the full effect until you are here! Uline truly cares about their employees and their families. I have seen multiple examples of Senior Leadership/Owners going above and beyond for employees. This truly is an incredible place to work!
Cons
It is hard to get hired here. There is a rigorous interview process and they only hire the best of the best. We drug test (yes even for marijuana) and we have very high expectations.
