They give time off based on seniority. You'll never get PTO approved. Worked like a dog and if you do a bad job they will move you into a corner and have you do "busy" work like clean everyone's desk. Overtime is mandatory.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you don’t feel you are experiencing a healthy work/life balance. Uline is proud to be a growing company, but it sure does get busy sometimes. Especially when we’re trying to fulfill orders by 6 p.m. One of the things we truly appreciate is when our employees double down and work together until they get the job done, and it’s an expectation that we certainly try to set with employees at all levels.
When our employees are feeling stressed, we encourage them to take advantage of Uline’s generous PTO and Wellness programs!
Great company to work for. Managers are fair and transparent. Feels like family. Pay good too.

Pros
Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros
Cons
Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
