Pros
I recently celebrated my 15 year anniversary and cannot think of a better place to grow a career. In my time, I have seen the company more than double in revenue, size, employees and opportunity. It's been both exciting and challenging. It's never boring; I and many other colleagues have reinvented their roles (some more than once) due to our growth and constant change. But our values and mission hasn't changed. The commitment to people, our customers, and excellence is the same today as it was on my first day. I still get excited every morning I pull in to our corporate headquarters to start my day. What a beautiful place to work!
Cons
It can take several months for new hires to separate myth from reality when it comes to our culture. For example, it isn't always clear why swiping a time clock every day is more desirable than staying "plugged in" 24/7. We work hard, play hard and value family time. Swiping out means you're done for the day. Not everyone gets this right away.
