Opportunities for success. Teach you how to be a professional. Offers a lot of overtime and a good end of year bonus if you make the time cut for employment.
Cons
Highly micromanaged company that puts a lot of emphasis on stats for performance evaluation. If you start out in Customer Service, you will most likely have a tough road to an actual job. It's really hard to get out of this hole unless you have a masters degree or do something outstanding.
