The L in H.U.S.T.L.E. ( which is the company values acronym ) stands for Lean. Lean is meant to imply a "do more with less", gritty attitude, but practically translates to salaries and benefits that are well below industry standard. Unsurprisingly, there has been a lot of turnover.
