      Hours are pretty flexible. You're given good resources to help students study. Good job to have for a "filler" job to make extra money on the side.

      Not enough students/not enough hours to work. You make less than half of what they charge per hour.

      The pay is fair and you can choose students to work with based on your skills and availability. You also get information on the student before your first meeting.
