Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-priority initiatives that have significant impact across the business. Smart, capable, and well-intentioned colleagues who genuinely want to do great work. Exposure to enterprise-level products and complex problem-solving. Strong brand and solid business foundation.

Cons

Extremely siloed organization with too many hierarchical layers and inefficient processes that prevent teams from delivering value quickly. Workload was disproportionate and unsustainable—I was managing multiple major initiatives that were eventually split across three people after I left. Lack of support from leadership: despite raising concerns, I was told the workload was “appropriate” for my level, with no meaningful attempt to reprioritize or reduce scope. Inconsistent and unclear performance feedback, which impacted morale and created a sense of distrust. Recognition and career progression were reactive rather than proactive—I only received a promotion once I secured an external offer. Some leaders appear to play favorites, and psychological safety within teams varies widely.

Pros

Location and modern office near Union Station

Cons

I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
