No collaboration between departments or between offices. Presents capabilities to their employees with no follow through or assistance post presentation. Culture based solely on quantity, NOT quality. Zero tools, including any type of reporting capabilities, available for their reps to build or strengthen a relationship with their customers. Entry level Reps build their customer base on "Got Freight" mentality, no customer care or relationship building. Experienced reps having built their own BOB are hired not on experience or success but for their BOB only. Employees hired by Traffic Tech claiming to have their own BOB are immediately pushed to get those customers setup in they system under their user profile with turn over to appropriate operational team(s to be managed. Same reps are frequently reminded not to give any worry to soliciting a former employers customer base as well. Priding themselves on their untouchable law team. Same law team that developed Traffic Tech's Non-Compete Agreement from copying and pasting from every other competitors non-compete agreements within the industry that can't be fought. Traffic Tech is a company that operates without integrity, honesty or respect for it's employees, competitors least of all customers. As an "At Will" employer why should one expect anything less. A company can not steal business from it's competitors if directly given to them by the individuals they hire. Anyone who considers working for Traffic Tech that can bring their own BOB should know they are risking to lose everything they've built and released if the wind so much changes direction. No capabilities to work within the industry, any capacity, any company for exactly 1 year without paying heavily for a lawyer should a non-compete been signed.
