      Nice people, lots of potential to move up. Better wlb than most consulting companies. Lots of initiatives to give back to charity. Flexible work available for most roles. Good diversity and inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Teams are siloed. Work is not always evenly distributed across team members leading to burnout for some.
