      Pros

      Great people to work with, some leaders are very supportive. Clear expectations. Good hours. Free hot drinks. Easy to get contract. Benefits

      Cons

      High expectations. Easy to get in trouble for anything. Not enough car spaces but you will be managed for 1 minute of lateness. Mad place regarding Health and Safety, especially when it suits the purpose, when some things have to be done then they break all of the set rules. Weekly summary emails, since CEO changed are pointless. Some higher managers got the jobs by accident.
