Pros

Staff discount is decent enough

Cons

Upper management does not care about stores and their staff north of the Scottish border. Store managers and regional managers do not care about staff wellbeing and only care about numbers. Always pushing unrealistic numbers for every one to hit. They also say they are disability inclusive but when you have to take time off for said disability (that you said may happen in the interview) they make you feel guilty for taking time off and for being sick. They also have no safe practices for disabled workers unsafe aircraft ladders that they refuse to fix and uncontrollable temperature for the buildings. Freezing in winter and boiling hot in the summers.

Pros

Good teams of people wherever you are usually. Company sick pay scheme that is relative to length of service.

Cons

Bad pay, and company is now moving in a direction where they suddenly want certain new things and higher performance from staff but don’t want to pay more for what they expect.
