Unlimited PTO, WLB. Stock performing well.

Cons

Intensely bureaucratic structure and favoritism is rampant throughout. Deeply unqualified managers and constantly changing priorities from the Senior team.

Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

Cons

Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

Pros

-it can be flexible just depending on who your manager is -well developed tams can be self sustaining and bring you to quota every month -nice perks like monthly stipends

Cons

-onboarding can be awful if you don't have the right person on your team -so many sales trainings and they don't always make sense
