- opportunities for making sales is getting harder - only get credit for a minimal amount of products from growth even though we referred the customer. - too many products rolled out without thinking about the onboarding experience - lost ability to use free trials as a way to attach more software on accounts and allow customers to see if the software is the best fit for them. This is particularly harder on inside sales reps as some restaurants have never used online ordering for example and don't have third party delivery services in the area to compare it to. - new thresholds for discounting capabilities In general, Toast has become a lot harder to sell.
