      Decent pay Great company Great overall leadership and coworkers

      Cons

      It was all fun and games until you bump into upper management with poor leadership skills. Bound to happen at every company but I especially hated how it would affect everyone’s mood on the team.. at the time at least. Favoritism and frequent gossip

      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

      Cons

      Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

      Pros

      -it can be flexible just depending on who your manager is -well developed tams can be self sustaining and bring you to quota every month -nice perks like monthly stipends

      Cons

      -onboarding can be awful if you don't have the right person on your team -so many sales trainings and they don't always make sense
