Very backwards technology wise to support very old devices. Bad programming practices are encouraged if they may save memory. Onboarding was a huge mess with weeks of videos and training. Much wasn't even relevant to your role. Engineers are expected to cover multiple areas, such as web and mobile. Way too much to work on, with teams have multiple major projects. Stressed out coworkers. People would frequently work weekends and days off. People were often trying to look good themselves, instead of trying to help coworkers learn and improve. Told to go to HR over any conflict or offense taken. (Actual Policy) You are responsible for the impact of your words (Actual Policy). This can easily be weaponized against people you don't like. HR is extremely unprofessional and prone to making racist comments to employees while covering up actual discrimination. People are afraid of speaking up and letting people know things about them for fear of discrimination. All voices is run by HR and you can probably guess how well they investigate their own people.
