The onboarding process is lightning quick, there is a ton of figuring almost everything out by yourself. Most employees are relatively new to the company, it was a regular struggle to find someone who knew answers. The expectation is that you are in the field cold calling on restaurants during work hours and building quotes/doing ALL admin before or after work hours. They are constantly adjusting business processes and during my tenure were in the process of shifting and shrinking sales territories so there was little stability.
