The Customer Success team is treated like the scum of the company. They are looked down upon by other departments & a majority of the day to day workload is put on to them. The team is micromanaged & the only thing that matters is stats.
50% of the company was laid off back in March. They have started bringing people back, but no one for the Support team, even though call volume is 30% higher than what it was prior to the layoffs.
There was not an annual pay increase.
They criticize you for using the "unlimited" PTO.
There is no longer 401k matching.
