Lost faith in upper management to make the right decisions - Sales Toast Inc Employee Review

This review was really tough to read, but I fully appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback .We’ve built our culture and values around the themes of empathy, collaboration, hospitality and inclusivity and I’m disappointed that your experience did not reflect these values. We’re far from perfect but have been working hard to improve upon many of the areas that you mentioned in your review, particularly work-life integration and manager development. I’m proud of the progress that we’ve made, but I know we still have work to do. Our recent layoff was incredibly difficult and impacted many talented toasters. Operating through this type of change is hard and supporting our employees remains a top priority.
