I’m so sorry to hear that you feel undervalued and unappreciated. Our team is a foundational part of the business and a key driver of customer success. We are actively taking strides to ensure that all members of the support team feel appreciated and adequately compensated. We recently completed a comprehensive salary review, and many of these changes are being rolled out as we speak. Aside from compensation, we are also working to build career paths for those looking to grow and advance. We recently developed a rotational program within R&D and have also championed the advancement of employees into other roles within Customer Success.
