Pros
-High quality training (very thorough) -One of the best office cultures of all time -Great supportive team and Leadership. -Third fastest growing company in the Continent
Cons
-Training is high paced (sometimes too high paced) -Sales-force was a big mess- setup is completely unorthodox and messy. -Other software, such as Outreach were constantly down. -Many problems arise in the sales process. There is a disconnect between the outside sales team and the BDR team. The outside sales team doesn't seem to understand at BDR's Job completely. & BDR's aren't fully aware what the outside team's day to day looks like.
