Pros
Company is well-positioned as a defense/civil supplier. Benefits were pretty standard, great opportunities exist if your interest is operations management and process improvement. Senior management has a solid vision that begs to be expounded upon.
Cons
Frequent layoffs and hiring ("reorganizations"), insufficient engineering staff to meet growing demand, management can't mange it's way out of a wet paper bag, insufficient support for critical workload, HR is virtually non-existent, and opportunities for professional development are poor. A low morale and toxic work environment both prevail as a result.
