Pros

Worked with a lot of good people, salt of the Earth types who were very competent. Good engineering support.

Cons

The place is being run by stooges who couldn't manage a lemonade stand let alone a high precision ball bearing factory. Supervisors are clueless about the products that are manufactured and are primarily concerned with passing the buck and covering their backsides The work environment Is toxic not only in morale but in personal safety. Management is out of its league and cannot intelligently schedule work for on time deliveries. The product lines have suffered and critical components are bound to fail putting end users at risk.

Pros

If you want endless overtime working 6 days a week, 3 weeks of every month...this is the place for you.

Cons

Relentless OT. Negative culture. No structured training for new employees. Extremely high turnover from new associates.
