Timken Super Precision interview questions

Phone call with HR. Then a video call with the team, I met with 3 people at the same time. Then I was invited onsite. Everyone was very personable and nice. I met the whole crew.

they started out with a tour of the facility then they brought me into the cafeteria with about 10 other individuals. they then asked me hypothetical questions that did not have anything to do with my skill level or previous employment. They also asked me about what i do on my free time and my personal life.
