Metal free clothing policy, come to work dressed like a slob or look like an idiot tucking a button down into draw string pants. Dirty restrooms. (some) Miserable security guards that you’ll deal with entering/exiting the secure area (i.e. where you work). 2 weeks paid vacation but 4 days automatically applied to factory shutdown in December, you know, the best time for vacation in Rhode Island. Office workers making 6 figures a year look at the skilled workers like scum. Overall this company sucks. The State of RI should kick them out. Go learn a trade and work for a local company for some real money and let these cocksuckers keep exploiting people fresh off the boat.
