I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working for one of the high end jewlers, you get to work with some of the most beautiful pieces in the industry. The standard is no joke, these are lovely pieces.

    Cons

-Upon arrival they sell a culture of positivity and Teamwork, they assign you a coach/mentor. But when you take away the new employee excitement, the truth is that you train by watching a long string of videos, and the coach/mentor you are assigned more often than not is grooming you to help them with their personal sales. -The gossip level here is terrible! One employee will talk negatively about another, pretending to be your ally against them, the sales stealers. But again this is a tactic so that you can team up with them to steal the other's sales. -There is no true teamwork, only the illusion of it. And younger employees with less experience will bully you into thinking you are lesser than due to being new at the job. -The sales tactics are invasive and manipulative. But I think that part is actually what makes the brand rack in the big bucks.

    Cons

None. The company is amazing. You might meet some not so pleasant clients but that's the same problem in every retailer, it's not their fault.
