Profit sharing incentives are offered twice per year. Most of the associates are genial toward fellow hires.
Cons
Considerable difficulties in timely communication due to ZEBRA device walkie-app malfunction or associates ignoring calls. Customers are often still in the store for several minutes after closing instead of being asked to leave. In general the workforce seems stretched thin at certain times, such that one person may have to cover multiple departments while being expected to complete multiple assignments therein beyond mere customer assistance.
