      Pros

      You get to work on a variety of project, the managers are dead on no issues with needing time off or taking a half day. Also no issues with working from home

      Cons

      Communication is not great within company, also doesn't feel very organised with little forward planning.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
