Work life balance - my manager is great and very hands off.
Cons
Management is a mess. The company is run very inefficiently and creates a lot of extra administrative work that adds no value and just takes up time. The leadership is primarily men and they do not listen to advice or input from other employees. The processes and protocols are very outdated and create inefficient work.
