Pros
As stated before there is an incredible amount of technical resources within the company. Extremely bright, informed and knowledgeable people.
Cons
Health care plan leaves a lot to be desired. Lower tier provider used. Poor communication from immediate management to employees. Individual divisions stay individual. Rules established for crossover work are not mutually beneficial to all divisions involved and it is completely dollar driven. The corporate culture is all about the shareholder, not about the people that are actually making the money for the shareholder. If you don't have billable time, your down the road weather you have any influence over your workload or not. Forced to use vacation time to avoid being laid off and keep the appearance of utilization up.
