If you need a job and they hire you, well at least you have a job.
Cons
Zero promotion potential, like most companies nowdays promotions are offered from the outside to gain qualified people rather than training the staff on hand. Salary is just enough to keep you from walking out the door. Management organization is based on projects rather than personel, it's possbile to have half a dozen supervisors depending ont he time of year.
