Testlio was founded with the sole purpose of giving freelance software testers a fair payment for their work, so we take this kind of feedback very seriously. Testlio makes hundreds of payments to testers every week – and because we deal with thousands of testers there can be miscommunications but we work hard to make sure they always get straightened up. Most likely, in this case, you were asked to participate in a project but at the end never received an invitation, which means that no actual work was done.
